And on winter evenings we love nothing more than to light the stove and candles in the living room and feel really hygge.

4. Storage Galore
For a one bed flat this place has got a lot of hidden storage, a separate cupboard on the landing for all of things you need to keep in life but don’t want to be looking at on a daily basis. A laundry cupboard so that the washing machine does not take up valuable storage in the kitchen and we’ve really made the best of the high ceilings in the hallway with a ceiling mounted clothes airer. Built in shelving either side of the fire place, slows your book collection to be on display and the cupboards underneath enable storage of the things you just haven’t had time to sort out yet.

5. Lazy Sunday Morning
Though the bedroom is the smaller room in the flat we’ve got a custom made king sized bed, with more storage underneath and the headboard doubles as a shelf for a reading light and glass of water. Again, due to the high ceilings we’ve got a ridiculously tall wardrobe for all that extra storage. The nicest thing on a sunny Sunday morning is to sit in bed with the lower sash window open, the sunshine streaming in and the scent of lavender from our window box.. and if you’re lucky, someone might even bring you a cup of tea!

A fantastic property that is certainly well worth having a look as a first time purchase or as a buy to let investment.

Royal Tunbridge Wells is a large affluent town situated in the ‘Garden of England’ and due to its accessibility it is very popular with commuters to London and Hastings.
