HOUSE SHARES IN KENT

Choosing a house share from hunni homes is a great, cost-effective alternative to a traditional studio or 1 bedroom flat rental. Often referred to as 'renting a room' or ‘co-living', the modern house share will give you independent living without the responsibility of additional bills and property maintenance.

BENEFITS

All Bills Included*

All bills and Wi-Fi are included for every room, leaving you with no sudden costs at the end of the month and much easier to manage your monthly living expenses. Sound simple? It really is. One monthly cost, that's it.

(*If you choose to have a TV in your room, you will be required to provide your own TV License. TV’s in communal space such as Living Room or Kitchen/Diner are covered by our Landlord TV License)

Independent Living Space

Living in a house share doesn't mean a lack of independence. You will have your own private room, fully furnished and lockable. You can use the communal areas as much as you wish, and retreat to your personal haven, completely independent from any other tenants in a hunni homes house share.

Ensuite Rooms

The majority of our house shares have ensuite facilities of Shower, Sink and WC for our double rooms. Some properties have a dual bathroom share, however this will only be with one other tenant. As each of our properties are newly renovated, our ensuite shower rooms and bathrooms are modern and fresh.

Fully Furnished

All of our house shares are fully furnished. Bed, bedding, wardrobe, drawers, towels and more. We furnish your room with contemporary decor and stylish functional furnishings in every room. We will also ensure every room is deep cleaned and any furniture that needs to be replaced will be done before a new tenant moves in.

Responsive Landlord

hunni homes only works with experienced landlords in Kent. Our landlords must be responsive to tenant needs, and we ensure there is a Property Manager available for you to contact. Property repairs and maintenance are looked after by the landlord, and we will make regular visit to the property to ensure it is well-maintained.

A Community At Home

A house share experience is yours to enjoy as you wish. Many of our homes offer a communal living space (fully furnished including TV) and have thoughtfully developed and cared for gardens with outdoor furnishings provided for your use.
